You can use third party FTP applications to connect to our FTP site. We use Filezilla. you can get it at:
http://filezilla-project.org/
After you install and run it. Use the following fields:
HOST: Tilesupport.com
Username: Your full username (ex: 0001234@tilesupport.com)
Password: Your password.
