		<description>Chris
Thanks for visiting our site and asking a good question. When ETS-Lindgren took over TILE! we advertised and notified everyone we could find contact info on that we were allowing a grace period that went for around 9 months. We needed to learn the program and find out all of the issues that were outstanding at that time. Since we did not have a normal process that would have allowed us to see his list of issues, we went on engineering principles and judgment that it was going to be a struggle for the first year as we come up to speed as a team. We have gone through that year now with the struggles!
Now, to answer your question: If you have a copy of a contract or renewal letter from Quantum Change, we will honor that as a paid for system and all we ask is that you enter a maintenance contract with us to have access to our FTP site, email and phone support. All upgrades and drivers are on the FTP site.
We will be able to provide you with great support now that we have a team of software and EMC engineers, support staff, and resources that ETS-Lindgren offer to this program.
To request a quote or any other answers, use the Support Issues link at the top of this page.
