Most TILE! 3 profiles will migrate into TILE! 4 by simply opening that profile in TILE! 4. Once it is saved it is now a TILE! 4 profile and cannot be opened in T3.
Occasionally a T3 will not open due to a missing pointer that was associated by the original installaion registry settings.
If you are haveing trouble with a migration send us the profile and we will see if we can get it to save in a T4 format.
